These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
Upon receipt of full and final payment, SDBGVDSHOUI INC assigns all intellectual property rights of the final delivered custom designs to the client. We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed. Clients warrant that any materials provided to us do not infringe upon third-party copyrights or trademarks.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SDBGVDSHOUI INC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in dispute.
We collect personal information (name, email, billing address, payment details) solely to process orders, deliver services, and provide customer support. We do not collect sensitive personal data like Social Security Numbers.
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and CPRA, California residents have the right to:
• Know what personal information is being collected.
• Request deletion of personal information.
• Opt-out of the 'sale' of personal information (We DO NOT sell your personal data).
• Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

Due to the highly customized and digital nature of our design and video services, all sales are considered final once the creative process has commenced. We clearly outline our refund terms prior to checkout to comply with FTC guidelines on clear and conspicuous disclosure.
If you are dissatisfied with the final product, please contact us aat siyuan3122@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue or offer a partial credit for future services at our sole discretion.
All payments are securely processed through Stripe and PayPal. SDBGVDSHOUI INC is fully PCI-DSS compliant. We do not store, process, or transmit full credit card numbers or CVV codes on our servers. All transaction data is encrypted using TLS/SSL protocols.
Clients will be billed in USD unless otherwise specified. A digital receipt/invoice will be automatically emailed to the address provided at checkout upon successful payment. It is the client's responsibility to ensure accurate billing details.
Clients agree to contact SDBGVDSHOUI INC directly to resolve any billing discrepancies before initiating a chargeback with their bank or payment provider. Frivolous or fraudulent chargebacks for services rendered will be contested, and the client may be liable for additional chargeback fees imposed by the payment processor.
